Puddletown Cricket Club
A welcoming, family friendly club based at the Pavilion in the Recreation Ground.
Offering the chance to play or get involved in cricket at all levels through our men's, women's and juniors section.
Often hold Bingo nights in the Village Hall which are very popular in the village.
Puddletown Rugby Football Club
A welcoming, family-friendly rugby club based at Greenfields on Piddlehinton Camp.
The club offers the chance to play rugby at both competitive and social levels, and has been part of the community for over 50 years.
Training takes place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm.
Puddletown Football Club
Having run in the Dorset football league since 1974, the club went through a rebuild in 2017 and started again with a young side in the lowest league. We now have worked our way up to the Dorset Senior league with a reserve side formed and playing in Dorset league 5.
With two sides it means that there is normally a Saturday afternoon game on at the Rec. We train on Thursdays at 1610 sports centre in Dorchester during the winter months and currently offer football to anyone over 16 years old.

The Rec is also home to a veterans side that although does not carry the Puddletown name ( keeping Hardyes Veterans name) is a side offering football for over 35s. The team plays every other week during the season.
