2. Seated Exercise with Sarah

with Sarah in the Village Hall

Tuesdays 11:30pm – 12:30pm

Seated exercise class to music. Improve your mobility, strength, posture and balance.  Exercising in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

£6 per session

At Puddletown Gym (Pavilion at the Recreation ground)

1. Fitness Classes with Sylvia

Mondays 4:00pm – 5:00pm

Wednesdays 10:00am – 11:00am 

Fridays 10:00am – 11:00am

 

Mainly resistance work with dumbbells / kettlebells with some cardio and core for a full body workout.

Originally aimed at over 60’s but in reality, anyone can come as different levels of intensity for every exercise are offered.

 

One hour sessions are £5, first “taster” session is free.

2. Functional Circuit Training with Simon

with Simon (SaiFit Personal Training and Martial Arts)

Mondays 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Circuit training using bells, bags and balls. Try something different!

Training resumes Monday 5th January.

3. Boxing Fitness with Puddletown Gym

Boxing fitness

Tuesdays 6:00pm – 7:30pm


A fun, no contact session working on physical fitness, strength, flexibility, conditioning, and coordination, using the fundamentals of boxing as a base. Expect weights, circuits, pad work, and a lot of laughter.
All ages and abilities, although children are advised to accompany their grown ups!

Boxing conditioning, technical, and sparring

Wednesdays 6:00pm – 7:30pm


A more advanced class for those who wish to try the competitive side of boxing. This class gets people ready for competitive bouts with our boxing squad as well as offering people a safe environment to try sparring and contact boxing.
Expect contact conditioning, technical pad work, sparring, skipping, shadow boxing, circuits, weights, and a huge sense of team morale!
(We also welcome those who can’t train on any other night, or those who would like extra training, to come to a Wednesday session and we adapt the training without contact or sparring so they can still be involved, get fit, and have fun)

Boxing Fitness (Train with Wayne)

Thursdays 6:00-7:30pm

A similar session to Tuesday nights, however taught by the delightful Wayne!

We also offer small group and 121 training sessions at a time to suit you.
Working on fitness, conditioning, weights, bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman/woman, military prep, cross training for any sport, self defence, boxing, kickboxing, post pregnancy strength and fitness, strength and conditioning for those richer in years, flexibility, life coaching. Free initial chat to see the gym, meet the trainers, and work on goals to suit you.

Puddletown Gym also offers a NO PAYMENT OPTION as we strongly believe that money should never be a barrier to fitness and mental health. If you are short on money you can train for free, no questions asked.
