Thank you for showing an interest in my artwork. I am a young artist, often inspired to paint the beautiful landmarks we have surrounding us in Dorset. I sell cards in various shops in and around Dorchester, and I’m grateful to the outlets for their support and to everyone who has purchased them so far. I have sold over 2,100 cards in the last year. 

My greetings card of the painting of Hardy’s Cottage is popular, as well as Athelhampton House and Maiden Castle. I am currently studying for my A-Levels (Art included), and am enjoying the challenge of developing my skills across all art mediums, but have a particular preference for painting with oils.

I recently returned from a rewarding month long conservation trip to Borneo. I used my art skills to generate the funding for this trip. I enjoy painting ‘en plein air’ where I can interact with people, and other artists. 

In 2024 I entered Art In Poundbury’s Art in the Squares event where my watercolour of Queen Mother Square won in my category. I used the easel from my prize voucher from this event at Art in the Sunflowers and won in my category with an acrylic painting of Maiden Castle. My painting was displayed in Dorset County Hospital last autumn, as part of an exhibition by Arts In Hospital. 

This summer I took part in Art in the Park, and my oil painting of the Great Field won in my category. This painting is going on exhibition and is for sale in the Bright and Beautiful exhibition in Jubilee Hall in November 2025.
